Master Warrant Officer R. Gilchrist
Regimental Sergeant Major
MWO Gilchrist joined the the RCAC in 2004. He became a member of 2677 RCACC in 2006. He was made RSM in September of 2008 and he also completed his NSCE in March of 2009.
The RSM is the most senior cadet in an Army Cadet Corps. The RSM is primarily responsible for maintaining standards and discipline. The RSM usually holds the rank of Chief Warrant Officer.

Warrant Officer D.J. Longpré
Drill Sergeant Major (DSM)
WO Longpré joined the 2677 RCAC in 2005, when the corps held it's prior name 1st Air Defence Regiment. He completed his NSCE in March of 2009 and has been DSM since then.
The DSM is the second most senior cadet in an Army Cadet Corps. The DSM is primarily responsible for working with the RSM in maintaining standards and discipline. Focusing his attention on the 3D's (Drill, Dress & Deportment). The DSM usually holds the rank of Master Warrant Officer.
